Rubio and aides say the primary could extend into May or the July GOP convention as they defend a longer battle against Trump Cruz and other rivals. Man, 70, charged with murder in wife's death
In Gloversville New York a 70 year old man Frank Ostrander has been charged with second degree murder in the death of his wife Sally Ostrander 70 after he called 911 saying he found her dead in their apartment. Police report a violent struggle but no motive or manner of death has been released. Ostrander is held without bail in Fulton County Jail and no lawyer for him has been reported.
