Rose Festival Theme Dominates Edgerton Banquet
Edgerton Rose Festival themed the May 6 Edgerton Council of Church Women banquet at the Methodist Church. A program of music and humorous playlets followed lunch, with a brief business meeting and project discussions focused on involving children and parents in Sunday School and aiding cancer dressings this summer. Distinguished guests included Rev. and Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Rueck, and Mrs. Schlaegel. 29 charter members were listed.
