Hold Man For Bank Robbery Near Hooker
A 30yearold man was arrested in a churchyard five miles south of Dodge City for questioning in a $17000 bank robbery earlier this day at the First National Bank of Hooker Oklahoma. He carried a selective service card bearing the name Otis Rollins Woodring Snyder Oklahoma. An undetermined amount of money was found in his Plymouth trunk and more on him. Deputy Sheriff Fred Sproat and reporter Lloyd Holbeck detained him after a pursuing vehicle matching the bank getaway car description crossed Highway 283. The man offered no resistance.
