Sunday at five in Shelby a collision occurred when a car driven by Harry Schroder of Grand Island struck a car driven by Carl Steffin of Utica. Steffin, crippled, was thrown through the windshield and seriously hurt. his wife and baby were badly bruised. Schroeder and his companion admitted speed and paid damages. Steffin and his family were taken to Utica that evening.
