Carl J Herrmann longtime Madison County resident died of a heart attack. Funeral services were held Thursday Oct 12 at the Church of Christ in Madison with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers included Raymond C Herrmann Jr Allen Herrmann Calmer and Richard Herrmann along with Earl Langan and Homer Anderson. Harold Miliken of Norfolk sang with Edyth Mae Elliott at the piano. Herrmann born May 17 1883 in Cleveland Ohio died Oct 9 1950 at age 67.
