Wee Club marks 40th anniversary with dinner party
Valley News notes Wee Club members met at the A and B Lounge in Shelby for a 6:30 dinner celebrating the club’s 40th anniversary begun October 14 1931 at Mrs Clara Massie home with six founding members. Charter members Clara Massie Hilda Yungdahl Glenna Wieseman and Eda Burritt received chrysanthemums. The evening featured readings of past year highlights and anniversary remembrances, followed by songs and a 10 Point Pitch game with prizes won by Carolyn and Bertha.
