Sheriff Sale Scheduled in Polk County Nebraska
By order of the Polk County District Court a public sheriff's sale will occur at 2 PM on October 29, 1935 at the south front door of the Osceola courthouse. One ninth interest of John Korger in described lands totaling parts of Section 36, Township 16 North, Range 1 West, 6th P. M., including excluded parcels, will be sold for cash. Sheriff Gunnard Peterson lists the action arising from Grace M. Korger as plaintiff against John Korger as defendant.

Ak-Sar-Ben Stock and Horse Show Adds Indoor Polo Thrills
Omaha hosts a week long Ak-Sar-Ben Live Stock Show with indoor polo, rodeo and horse show performances from October 27 to November 2. Mervin Aegerter of Seward, a 21st birthday champion, exhibits for the last time. Seven nights and five matinees feature polo matches, rodeo, horse show, pigeon exposition, and a carrot show at Union Stock Yards with affordable 50 cent general admission and free parking. Rail fares offer 1 cent per mile for Iowa and Nebraska day travel.
