Last Rites Thursday For Henry Jauch
Henry Jauch age 75 died October 2 at the Social Center Rest Home after a long illness. He came from Shelby to the Rest Home years ago. Survived by two daughters and a son. wife and one son and daughter preceded him in death. Funeral at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the U B Church in Shelby.

Osceola Bulldogs Rally For 14-13 Victory Over St Edward
Osceola beat St Edward 14-13 after a second half rally led by Randy Studley who recovered a punt in the end zone for a touchdown. Ken Kropatsch added the extra points as Osceola moved to 3-0 in the conference with key plays including a 62 yard opening kickoff return by St Edward. The Bulldogs host Leigh next and celebrate Homecoming October 13 versus Silver Creek.

James N. Norton arrives from St. Petersburg to assume the law and abstracting business of Fredric J. Coufal in David City. Coufal becomes assistant U.
