The Tri-Five Plan provides $500 monthly hospital indemnity for up to 555 days per hospitalization plus $1,000 to $3,000 accidental death benefits. It accepts seniors over 65 at $5 monthly and $1 initial enrollment, with pre existing conditions after 24 months. Enrollment by mail or local rep, 10 day refund policy.
