Thrilling bridge incident near Silver Creek
Mrs Chas Imm faced a slippery frozen Platte River bridge on Monday while driving to town with her child. The car slid into the bridge side tearing three fenders but mother and baby were unharmed. Later Morris Carlson met the same slick spot. his car was badly wrecked but he was not seriously hurt.
