Creditors of the Martin H. Anderson estate are notified that a County Court hearing will occur on August 21 1950 in the County Court Room to hear and allow claims. All claims must be filed by August 19 1950 or be forever barred. Dated April 26 1950. L. M. Merrick County Judge.
Charter no 6493 report shows assets totaling 1 462 820 48 with cash balances 271 248 61 and United States government obligations 733 410 00. Liabilities include deposits 1 370 728 45 and capital accounts 92 092 03. Notes sworn by cashier D R Byers with attestations from Pierce Kepner and Mills.
Mr and Mrs Edward Lisko visited near St Marys with his parents. Several residents, including Mrs Mary Benda and Mrs Dick Marsh of Los Angeles, vacationed with relatives in York and Shelby. Local hosts hosted family gatherings in Duncan Broadwater Morrill Scottsbluff and nearby communities over the weekend.
