April Weather Above Average With .88 Rain
Osceola weather notes show April had above normal temperatures and only trace rainfall. Temperatures averaged about five degrees above normal with .88 inches total rain from four showers. The highs reached 85 on the 18th 26th and 30th, while freezing lows occurred on the 3rd and 7th.
