Polk County Board approves 1955 fund transfer and loan repayment
On March 1 1955 the Polk County Commissioners adopted a resolution transferring 944 79 dollars from the County General Fund to the Emergency Relief Fund with repayment to occur before year end. The funds were then noted as to be transferred back and the loan considered repaid. The document dates June 20 1955 with attestations and approvals. An irrigation culvert agreement under a road between Sections 20 and 29 in Township 15 Range 1 was signed. The board met as Board of Equalization to hear tax valuation complaints and adjourned to meet July 5 1955. Approved by the Chairman.
