St Andrews Altar Society meets with luncheon and plans next host

Hospital Notes From Osceola Update

Vernon Thelander has been removed from Osceola Hospital to his parents home west of Osceola where his progress is described as somewhat improved. Miss Laura Krieser of York is caring for him. Charles Moser and Miss Florence Kantor, patients of Dr R L Schroeder, who recently underwent appendicitis operations, will be dismissed from Osceola hospital later this week.

Ina Skinner married Evan Miller on March 2 in Raton New Mexico, surprising friends who expected a June 1 wedding. Skinner, daughter of Roy Skinner, grew up near Bennett and taught at Byers. Miller, son of Clarence Miller, is a Bennett high school graduate employed by Flanders Oil Company.

Mrs E R Ware Remembered For Faithful Life In Osceola

Louise May Bond born September 12 1871 in Barville Iowa grew up near Wayland Osceola and Gothenburg Nebraska. She married E R Ware January 5 1890 and lived in Osceola. survived by husband father H L Bond Hartington O L Bond son Harold Ware and grandchildren Althea and Richard Ware. A paralytic stroke ended her life after a long service to church and Rebekah Lodge.
