Tod Cotten city street main tenance man was injured Monday morning in a tractor mower accident. He was thrown or fell from the seat and a wheel ran over his mid section. The tractor circled, hit a tree, and Cotten was taken to the hospital with bruises and two broken ribs. By Wednesday his condition was improved and he rested easier.
