Daughters of the American Revolution Elijah Gove chapter dedicate a marker east of Clark's Bridge in Stromsburg. The program at Dana Hurd's Yard features Israel's Stromsburg Band, addresses by J W Custer and state and governor figures, band music, and readings on Nebraska history. The event Tuesday evening June 20 at 8 P.M. at the Stromsburg Opera House invites the public.
