Dr. Victor A. Herrmann reported for duty May 9, 1942 at March Field California as a 1st Lieutenant in the Army Air Force Medical Corps. He trained as a flight surgeon at Randolph Field Texas and was transferred to Gray Field Washington by year end. He graduated from Osceola High School in 1932 and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A J Herrmann.
