Polk County Commission Passes Inheritance Tax Road Fund Use
Polk County Nebraska Board of County Commissioners met December 20 1949 in regular session with all members present. They audited and allowed claims from the County General and Inheritance Tax Funds for salaries, repairs, and services and adopted a resolution directing 1680.00 from the inheritance tax fund be used to improve county roads outside city limits. The meeting adjourned with Chairman Arthur S. Nelson and County Clerk John S. Anderson presiding.
