Dr. Ray L. Ludden 55 died at his Dodge home after five years of declining health. A dentist in Dodge since 1919 and former U S Army Dental Corps lieutenant, he leaves wife Dora Holden and five children. Survived by one sister and five brothers, funeral held in Dodge with American Legion honors at Central City cemetery.

Remodeling Rivoli Theatre Opens New Interior
Work on a 5000 remodel of the Rivoli Theatre is advancing as the stage is finished and the heating plant readied for installation. Roy Cox and his crew prepare the ceiling, balcony removal, new seats on a sloping floor, and nu wood for better acoustics with the venue to close around January 4 for several weeks.
