Otto D. Graves of Stromsburg died Friday December 16 at the Veterans Hospital in Grand Island. He owned and operated the Stromsburg bowling alley. Survived by his wife a daughter Mrs. Duane Underhill and three granddaughters. Funeral services were held December 20 at the Stromsburg Methodist Church with burial in Stromsburg Cemetery.

Ben Elledge age 80 a longtime Osceola resident died Monday morning December 19 after a period of illness. He had been a patient at a local facility for a week and earlier at the Social Center Rest Home. Services were set for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Kepner Funeral Home with interment in Osceola Cemetery.
