Theodore W. Rutter born February 5 1852 in Washington County Ohio died December 15 1924 after heart trouble following an accident. He lived in Atchison County Missouri and Polk County Nebraska before settling in Osceola. He was married to Tillie L Houtz on May 12 1881 and was a member of the Christian church and Royal Highlanders. Funeral at Presbyterian church Osceola December 17 with Rev T E Barr officiating. burial in Osceola cemetery. He leaves a wife two sisters four brothers and other relatives attended by family members from Beatrice St Edward Hebron Lincoln Hamburg Iowa and Lincoln.
