Will Bair Leads Local Bee Men In Seasonal Honey Flow

Will Bair, a prominent photographer and bee man in this town, rests after a busy apairy period. Two busy seasons drive bee culture the white clover spring flow and the fall flow starting in September. Mr Puir currently keeps seventy five Italian bee colonies and produced about one ton of honey this season, ranking among the largest apiaries in the area apart from the Woolbright operation.

Gypsy Band Establishes Temporary HQ for Fortunes

A small band of gypsies has set up a temporary headquarters this week and busy with fortune telling. They trace origins to India and entered Europe in the 15th century spreading through Turkey, Russia, Hungary, Spain, and England.

Monument statue shipped to Ravenna by local dealers

Correll and Burrell, monument dealers, completed and shipped Tuesday a statue of an early pioneer to Ravenna Ohio. The ten foot statue and base weigh ten feet, and it will be erected for the Brinfield Pioneers. Sculpting was by Ira Correll of Bedford who had been in town the past week and returned home Saturday.

Prairie Creek Itch Bonds Sold by County Treasurer

Prairie Creek itch bonds S236 000 five per cent were sold Tuesday morning by county treasurer Shyer EL Guzan to Breed Elliott Harrison of Indianapolis for a premium of 60. Two other bond firms bid. A mix of town notices and community chorus crowd reports follow with local remarks on advertising value and trade.
