Council Misled On Zoning Map Revisions At Norwalk
Norwalk planning officials said council members were misled when the 1965 zoning map was approved. The board noted nearly a dozen oversights with unclear residential and commercial boundaries including Bakers Refrigeration at 40 Cline, now residential on all sides. A subcommittee plans clarifications and public copies before sale. Milan Meadows, a new Norwalk area between Norwalk and Milan, was approved with no impact on sewer or streets.
