Lady Erroll Pregnant First Peeress in Lords
Countess of Erroll the Countess took her seat in the House of Lords two years ago and, at 40, becomes the first peeress to become a mother after entering the Lords. Lady Erroll is wife of Maj. Alexander Carnegie and head of the Queen's household in Scotland. She has three children from a previous marriage to Sir Iain Crancreiffe.

Bridesmaids Wear Gowns They Made for New London Nuptials
Linda Swanger and Glenn Sprague wed in a candlelight ceremony August 13 at First Methodist Church New London. Bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Swanger, wore an empire lace gown. Attendants also wore selfmade gowns. They plan to reside in Norwalk where he teaches in the Norwalk School system.
