Girl Injured After Jump From Third Floor To Roof
An 11 year old girl named Julie Dankmyer jumped from a third story window about 10 feet to the roof of a vacant service station at Main and Corwin in Norwalk. Fire crews used two ladders to reach her and she was taken by ambulance to Fisher Titus Memorial Hospital with a suspected broken leg.

Mysterious bicycle accident sidelines 6 year old
A six year old boy, Brian Lewis Myers, suffered a probable brain concussion and facial abrasions after a bicycle mishap on Clifton Street near Hester. Police found no witnesses and cannot determine if a vehicle struck him as the boy and bicycle were moved to the grass by his mother.
