City Man Sues for 100000 After Car Crash in Ohio

Norwalk resident Andrew L. Burns filed a 100000 personal injury suit in Huron County Common Pleas Court alleging negligence by Swan J. T. Harkness and Francis J. Martin in a late afternoon February 10 1966 crash on U S 250 near the Ohio Turnpike interchange. Burns was a hospitalized passenger from August 5 to 20 with medical 460 hospital 600 and wage losses 342.
