The VFW Junior Girls sponsor a bake sale starting at 9 am Saturday in the Mack Insurance Office on Benedict Avenue. Proceeds support the group's charitable activities.
Clarksfield Grange installed 1969 officers including Leroy Stober master Ronald Krebs overseer and Mrs Alice Krebs lecturer. Deputy Master Richard Gregg of Greenwich attended and gave inspection scores for 1968 officers and the Huron County Fair Booth. The group invited members to booster night and contributed to the County Guidance Center.
Mrs. Sue Wiles of Huron Wileswood Store will headline the Christian Women's Club Luncheon at 12 30 p m Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Sandusky. She will discuss store history and new additions. Guest speaker is Mrs. William Stevens wife of Malone College official and former Sealtest Foods veteran with ties to Philadelphian clubs. Reservations handled by local members with babysitting at Meadow Brook Church.

VFW Auxiliary convenes at VFW Hall at 8. Milan High Hopes TOPS Club meets at the Senior Center at 8. CREF classes proceed at St Paul Social Hall at 8. The Garden Club of Norwalk hosts a Pilgrimage to Malabar Farm at 11 a m from 33 Warren Drive.
The 37th year troupe has cast for the John Patrick three act comedy about a lonely woman and perfume salesmen. Performances run November 8 9 and 10 at Milan Town Hall. Cast includes Jane Koehn Judy Gilbert Tennis Miller Jack Koehn Robert Gregg and Dave Koehn.
