A 19 year old Willard man shot himself in the stomach Friday night. Jimmy Stephens was treated at Willard Area Hospital and transferred to Mansfield General Hospital where he remains in the intensive care unit. Police Chief Glenn Seiple reports the incident and condition today.
Robert M. Storch 32 was arrested Friday at his Norwalk northside apartment on a Kalamazoo kidnapping warrant. He allegedly took his two children from his ex wife Janice Borick and returned them to Norwalk, violating a court custody order. The children, Robert 6 and Ruth 10, were with Storch’s sister custody per police.
