A man posing as a police officer stopped a woman at East Main and Mack Streets at 1:25 a.m. He flashed lights, claimed she was under arrest, asked for name and address, and called her baby. She fled, the impersonator followed toward State Routes 601 and 61. she obtained his license number leading to an Erie County resident, whose whereabouts are unknown.
