A Norwalk woman Adelaide E. Walker 67 and a boy were injured when her southbound car failed to stop at a junction with U S 250 and collided with John H. Stacker 20 of Monroeville. Walker cited for failure to yield.

Equipment Stolen From Airplane at Wakeman Airport
Five aviation pieces were stolen from a DC-7 aircraft at Ortner's airport in Wakeman rural area. The items reported missing include an air speed indicator navigation instrument a voice recorder a directional gyro and an indicator. The Erie County Sheriff's department was notified by Frank Stursa of Wakeman.
