Matilda Skinn, 81, Norwalk Resident, Dies After Illness
Matilda Skinn 81 of 172 St Marys Street died Wednesday morning at Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Born in 1889 in Seneca County she moved to Norwalk in 1921 from Vermilion and was active in St Paul Catholic Church Altar and Rosary Society Joan of Arc Study Club and Center Farm Women’s Club. She is survived by two daughters five sons 37 grandchildren 14 great grandchildren two brothers three sisters and her husband George who died in 1957. Memorials may be given to Heart Association or St Paul Church building fund.
