Five Alarm Fire Destroys 26 Homes in Cleveland
A wind–driven blaze on the east side of Cleveland destroyed 26 frame houses, left about 60 homeless, and caused damages over 500000 dollars. The fire began about 11 p.m. Wednesday in a two family home and forced evacuation of 35 families as 100 firefighters battled the flames.
