Ohio leasing firm battles tag mix up for 4000 cars
Michael Albert Leasing Co. Inc. faced a tag problem after Ohio BMW shifted the rule from April to May based on initials A and M. Some 4000 leased vehicles and 25 drivers had expired plates, now being redirected from Carl Tedesio’s Cincinnati registry to issue new plates. Diane Austermann said the company lacked time to complete the nationwide mail replacement.
