Death ruled death by own action in Monroeville
Medina man Carl Twaddle 24 reached for two high tension wires near Vanson's Restaurant on April 23 causing fatal electrocution. Coroner Dr. William B. Holman said Twaddle was mentally disturbed and had epilepsy with medications in his system not at therapeutic levels. He died as officers tried to persuade him to come down. Twaddle, a 1973 New London High School graduate, worked for Able Bishop and Clark Realty.
