Norwalk Man Pleads Guilty To Morals Offense And Burglary
William Hersha of Norwalk pleaded guilty Thursday to gross sexual misconduct and breaking and entering. He received concurrent sentences of one to ten years for morals and one to five years for the burglary at the Ohio Reformatory.
