Willard Council votes no on zoning proposal
Willard City Council narrowly rejected an ordinance to divide residential zones for single and multi family dwellings. Council President Wilcox Taylor cast the deciding vote after a 3 to 3 tie, saying the measure has merit for study. Councilmen Bauerle Eden Slosser joined in opposing. Eden cited lack of amendment to place north of U S 224 in the apartment zone.
