Beer Sale Penalty Suspended for Local Bowling Center
The City Bowling Center on U S 250 north of Norwalk received a suspended penalty after serving high powered beer on Sunday April 6. The Department of Liquor Control noted the offense and the commission convicted the lanes of malt liquor sale and consumption on Sunday, imposing a seven day suspension that will not be enforced if no further violations occur before next April.
