A Sandusky woman Arlene Norwood 304 Michigan Ave reported a fatal shooting of her son Ronald Norwood at 624 AM. Ronald died at Elyria Memorial Hospital at 9 AM from a head wound tied to a .22 calibre rifle. Arlene Norwood is held on a charge of shooting with intent to kill.
