Seaman Speck Sought After Dallas Burglary Case

Speck fled Dallas after a grocery store burglary and wandered toward Chicago. He sailed on two Great Lakes freighters and was fired following a violent clash with a ship officer. City Bypass Settlement Is Appealed in Ohio

The state appeals the Norwalk bypass right of way settlement for Anna Zeller, with $120,378 awarded by a Huron County jury.
