A 20 year old Norwalk Marine Corporal Lonnie G Short son of Mr and Mrs John Short 104 Main St is seriously wounded in Vietnam and treated aboard the USS Sanctuary in Quang Tri Province. He sustained multiple fragmentation injuries to a leg and is to be transferred to a U S hospital.

The plan would classify districts and bar certain industries, while agriculture remains allowed. Bronson Township trustees plan to adopt a resolution to place the measure on the ballot.
