New Chapter Added In Oil Quest In Huron County
Hefner Production capped a nearby oil well marking another chapter in Huron County's oil quest. The project links to Harold L. Beck and Robert J. Reidy with optimistic notes from Ted DeBroffe of the Ohio Oil and Gas Association about favorable formations and spotty pools. The new well produced 84 barrels on day one, seen as mediocre by Beck and Hefner but "pretty fair" for Ohio.
