State arson investigator Jack Dunkle says proving intentional ignition in a Weis Road house fire is difficult after the Willard department allowed the structure to burn. A Shelby man, Marty Collins, 21, pleaded guilty to arson related to the September attempt and faces sentencing February 23. David King, 20, Greenwich, received five years probation and a $2,500 fine.
