Harold J. Gilchrist Jr. 16 of Norwalk charged with failure to yield after turning left into Gertrude L. Forney’s car on Washington Road. Forney 49 sustained injuries but did not seek treatment. In a separate incident, Roger L. Montgomery 17 of North Fairfield slid off snow cover on New State Road, hitting a tree with injuries not treated.
