New London resident Louis R. Schlotterer Jr is among six nominees chosen by Congressman Charles A. Mosher for the U S Naval Academy at Annapolis. Schlotterer attends Culver Military Academy in Indiana. Final selection will come from Academy officials in March or April. Other nominees hail from Castalia Sandusky Lorain and Columbia Station.
