Health Board Grants One Sewer Variance in Townsend
The Huron County Board of Health approved one sewer variance for Paul Kleiger in Townsend Township and denied two others for James Loyer in Townsend and the Kelly family in Greenwich Township. The board also updated health service and permit fee schedules to take effect next month and referred a sewage complaint to the county prosecutor. Separately, Bickley Construction’s unfinished septic work prompted a permit revocation due to uncovered tiles creating a potential health nuisance.
