At 3 15 p m Wednesday Robert Baldwin a nineteen year old mechanic from Monroeville aided a stalled farm truck on Everingin Road but received a highway patrol citation. Harold Ruffing driver of the truck reported injuries but received no treatment. Moderate damage to Baldwins car and slight damage to the truck followed. A second collision on Townline Road 12 near Willard involved John Blackett and Fred Wilson with no injuries and the investigation ongoing.
