Borders Chosen For Board Seat In Norwalk School Board

Thomas N. Borders was named to fill the Norwalk school board vacancy created by Michael Myers's resignation. The decision was approved unanimously by President Fred Waugh and members Dorothy Delianides, Dale Rafie, and James Lawrence. Borders, 33, edged four other applicants after interviews on February 21.
