Man Charged In Death Sentenced
Michael Maslar was sentenced to 15 to 75 years in prison for the strangulation death of Harlan Anderson near Milan. The judge suspended the sentence and sent Maslar to Lima State Hospital as a psychopathic offender. Prosecutor had sought longer terms.
