In Philadelphia a judge freed Santa Claus while the complainant Ebeneezer Scrooge received a sentence to a bleak fate. The case mocked holiday figures with references to Christmas and a nearby joke about innocence. Albert Rosen, a 53 year old Jew from Milwaukee, will work as a Christmas Eve disc jockey to support Christians observing the holiday.

Mrs. Robert Heyl of Monroeville rode along with her sister in law Mrs. Robert Walton of 5 Rule Street and helped deliver the baby girl at a Norwalk house on Tuesday. Tracey Ann Walton weighed six pounds eight ounces and was expected home from Fisher Titus Memorial Hospital today.
John E. Wise a Norwalk banker and former president of Citizens National Bank died after a stroke at Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital. He retired in 1969 after more than 60 years in banking and was Ohio's oldest bank president. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Monday at First United Presbyterian Church in Norwalk with burial in Bellevue.
Houston reporter UPI states Bill Peterson agreed to a 15 year, 1.25 million contract to become the eighth coach of Bud Adams Houston Oilers. Adams confirmed a firm commitment to relocate and rebuild an Oilers squad that won seven games in the last two seasons.
