Jury indicts two in thefts
A Huron County grand jury indicted Bertha Barnett and Richard Baker for grand theft after a payroll check theft and a Kroger store robbery. Jackie Taylor was indicted for writing a bad check to buy a motorcycle. Arraignments for Taylor and Barnett have not been set.

The Norwalk Ambulance Service logged four Wednesday runs. Gary Ringholz from Elyria Memorial Hospital to his home reported a medical call. Dave Leitz was transported after a car accident to Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital with injuries. Kelly Perkins and Diedre Vinett were treated for bicycle and car accidents respectively, both to Fisher-Titus Memorial Hospital, with injuries.
